Coffee Fellows is a premium European coffee shop brand founded by Kathrin and Stefan Tewes, built around the philosophy of “Feel at Home”, combining exceptional coffee, signature bagels, fresh snacks, and seasonal specials with warm interiors and genuine hospitality. The brand has an established presence across Europe in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Benelux, Czech Republic, and Bulgaria, as well as in Malta, Egypt, Mongolia, and the United States, offering multiple adaptable store formats in High Street, Mall, Travel, and Compact/Drive-Thru, with a menu that can be localized for halal, vegan, and vegetarian requirements. It expands internationally through a Area or Master Franchise model, granting exclusive country rights to qualified partners who are supported by Coffee Fellows’ centralized training, operations, and marketing systems, and expected to build out a meaningful store network over a multi-year development schedule.
